Terms For Returns & Warranty

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Albright's Gifts & Decorations offers a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number within thirty (30) days of invoice date, and must follow the Return Merchandise Procedures specified below.
  • Returned merchandise must be in new, sellable condition. Products must be complete, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Products showing obvious signs of use or physical damage will be refused.
  • Items not damaged or incorrect are subject to a 25% handling/restocking fee when returned for a refund or credit.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Albright's Gifts reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise not meeting the above conditions, or to assess additional fees.

Return Merchandise Procedures: Customers wishing to return products for any reason must use the following procedure:

  • Customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mailing our Order Inquiries Department at orderinquiries@albrightsgifts.com.
  • RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) business days. Albright's Gifts must receive returned products during that time. If the products is not received within the allotted time, and is past the (30) day period, it is no longer eligible for return.
  • Please include a copy of your original receipt and RMA to ensure proper handling of your return.
  • Merchandise must be securely packed, using the original packaging if possible. All risk of loss or damage during return shipment is borne by the customer, so customers are advised to insure shipments, and to use carriers that provide shipment tracking and proof of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to Albright's Gifts unless items is being returned because of damage or error, in which case Albright's Gifts will refund the shipping costs for the return.
  • For refund of shipping costs for damaged items, mail or email a copy of the shipping receipt to orderinquiries@albrightsgifts.com. Include the RMA number in the subject line.
  • Albright's Gifts will cover ground-shipping charges for products shipped back to customers.

SHORTAGE/DAMAGE CLAIMS: Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. In case of concealed damage or loss, retain all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Any damage, loss, shortage or any other discrepancy with your requested order must be reported to Albright's Gifts within 10 days of receipt.

RETAIN YOUR INVOICE FOR YOUR RECORDS: Your invoice serves as dated proof-of-purchase for all warranty purposes. No returns for refund or exchange will be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of this invoice.

All credits will be put back on the card on which merchandise as purchased unless other form of credit requested (gift certificate).

Coupon codes will be offered periodically. To take advantage of these savings, you must be registered as a customer.
