1. How long will it take for orders to ship?
Answer: Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.

2. How are orders shipped?
Answer: Most orders will be shipped by UPS. Catalogs will be sent by US mail.

3. Will I be able to track my order?
Answer: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number.

4. Is there a warranty or guarantee for items ordered?
Answer: Yes. If you order an item(s), and the wrong item(s) happens to be shipped, just click the contact us link and let us know, and we’ll send you a return label to send it back, and the right item will be sent out to you by rush shipment. And, if any of your items happen to be broken during shipment, follow the same procedures, and we’ll replace the item.

5. Is there a restocking fee?
Answer: There is only a restocking fee if you are sending back an item that is not wrong or broken. (i.e. changed your mind, not what you meant to order) The restocking fee is 25%.

6. What if the item I want is out of stock?
Answer: If any item is out of stock, we will send you an email informing you of the item that is out, and give you the choice whether to: Cancel the item (and be refunded the difference) Ship the order when complete (we will email you an approximate date) or Ship the items available and complete the order when the items come in.
